Yoga Massage is a form of Deep Tissue Massage.
It is a full body massage where hands, knees, feet and elbows are used by the therapist to apply a combination of slow rhythmic rocking stretches and compression techniques that give you time to connect and let go of tension.
The treatment is usually given in silence and can be used as an opportunity to switch off and allows the space to reconnect to your senses.
Yoga massage is practiced fully clothed, so wear a comfortable top, and leggings with some stretch.
