Make your own pulse-point rollerball and shower gel with organic essential oils and all-natural ingredients.

Learn how essential oils deliver their therapeutic effects, discover several key essential oils and their properties and then go on a sensory journey by doing an aromatherapy balance to discover which essential oils are right for you and your needs state (for example do you need some calm? More focus? More energy?).

Using your chosen oils you'll then make 2 products to take home:

1) A personalised rollerball blend for your pulse points

2) A bespoke shower gel
